The City of Vancouver has recently completed the restoration of Still Creek at the foot of Nootka Street and Grandview Highway. This is where Renfrew Ravine used to end before sections of the creek were covered and paved over for city streets and houses. The City has created wetland ponds for extreme rain events so Still Creek will no longer flood Grandview Highway, planted the banks with native plants and built a wheel chair accessible accessible pathway and foot bridge over Still Creek.Find out more »

Ceilidh Dancing is the informal version of Scottish Country Dancing. The Renfrew Park Community Centre offers live music, refreshments and fun - no partner needed, just bring your smiles and wear loose layered clothing (can be quite energetic) and flat, comfy shoes (no high heels).
