There will be over 25 exhibitors providing information on issues such as heart and stroke, arthritis, diabetes and more. The day is always informative and fun. All participants receive a free, healthy lunch.

Looking for volunteers to assist us at Adrian’s office!

Our little community office does big things, with thanks to dedicated volunteers who lend their time and talents. There’s plenty of opportunities available, for the student who wants to gain skills and experience, or the individual who has some extra time to help us advocate for the people of Vancouver-Kingsway.

If you’d like to join our team and want to learn more, please call us at 604-660-0314, or send us an email at adrian.dix.mla@leg.bc.ca

Save Carleton Elementary Campaign

Last year, we worked together to save 3 great schools – Graham Bruce Elementary, Gladstone Secondary and Carleton Elementary. All 3 schools were removed from the closure list. However, Carleton Elementary was damaged in a fire in August 2016. As a result, Carleton students have spent the year split up at other schools.

The building is insured by the provincial government but they have not acted to rebuild or replace the school. We are not giving up. Carleton parents and I are ramping up efforts to rebuild or replace Carleton and to bring Carleton students back home!
